«Herald of the Pedagogical University. Series of Pedagogical and Psychological Sciences» is a publication of the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Ayni. It is published in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Press and Other Mass Media", the journal's charter, and other regulatory legal acts. As a structural subdivision of the university, the journal operates with the aim of creating conditions for the publication of scientific articles. Scientific and methodological research of professors, doctoral students, postgraduate students, and researchers from the university, as well as articles of researchers from various scientific and educational institutions in Tajikistan and abroad are published in this herald.
In 2020, the journal «Herald of the Pedagogical University. Series of Pedagogical and Psychological Sciences» split off from the general scientific journal «Herald of the Pedagogical University» as an independent periodical. Initially, it was published under the title «Herald of the Pedagogical University. Series 2: Pedagogy and Phychology, Methods of Teaching Humanities and Natural Sciences», and since 2023 it has been published under its current name.
According to its charter, the languages of publication of scientific articles in the journal are Tajik, Russian, and English. The journal is published 4 times a year. Full texts of past issues of the journal are available in the "archive" section on the website.
